The staff I encountered were friendly. The location was convenient for accessing transportation. The room had a wide screen television. Teas and coffees were available.
The carpets could use some updating. I found that the free WiFi advertised was not actually free, it required payment. The bedroom telephone in my room did not work. It was an inconvenience as I had to visit reception for assistance.

the hotel is close to the car park we were using.
the signage for entry was hard to see. the one way park system was a joke as people illegally parked. the bedding and towels smelled of cooking and the beds were uncomfortable. i was disappointed by the lack of drinking water in the room.

i found the soundproofing to be inadequate, as i could clearly hear the noise from the motorway outside though that can't be helped.

The staff response was prompt. I found them friendly. I did not have any trouble . The room was a good size and clean. The hotel is older but comfortable.
The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were too small. I found the room was cold because of draughts from the window.

Access to the airport was easy. There is a good shuttle service to the airport at reasonable price. Buses to town stop outside the hotel. It was very convenient for exploring the area.
